Fiskars Event At Cave City

For those of you who did not attend - IT WAS AWESOME!!

We got a tone of product with each class. I learned some different techniques, got to use some Fiskars tools and of course the shopping!!

Here's a few pics of Rebel, Ruth Jean and me...

As you can see there were a TON of people there.

So, on that note - who wants to go to CKC in Louisville on March 28th? I think I would like to go on Saturday and stay until LATE!

The first class I want to take is at 8:30am (7:30am our time). Registration starts at 8am (7am). If we left GCPC at 5:00am, that would give us enough time to grab some breakfast along the way.

The crop that night is from 7pm - 11:30pm (6pm - 10:30pm). Theoretically, we could be back at church by midnight. I may have to take a nap in the van in the middle of the day though! :)

Any takers? Online registration closes March 8th!

  1. I would TOTALLY agree with Michelle on this one. If you can EVER go to a Fiskar's event, DO IT!! I was amazed. Of course, moma and I have been to several different scrapbooking events and when I saw the price, I thought "This is going to be okay, but what can they really do for $39?" WOW!! We did four different classes (what do those normally cost? at least 10-15 if not more) In two of the classes, we got kits that were probably worth $25+ a piece. Then, at the end, they gave everybody there a tool that had been used that day. We all three got punches that I believe they were selling for about $14 a piece. Then, lunch was furnished and a crop until 11! You can't beat it! ALl the stores had great deals too. Some even had mini make n takes. Plus, we got to become Maps to Memories members which means we get 5% off at Scrapbook Village from here on out. I'm telling you, it was great! GO if they ever have it again!
